Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
