Refund policy

At Don_Carter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• With original tags and packaging

To start a return, please contact us at lifeofsavant@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided for sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem.

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition.

To request an exchange, email [your email address] with:

• Your order number

• The item you want to exchange

• The new size requested

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Final sale items

• Worn or washed merchandise

• Items damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
